This condition occurs when the system detects a conflict between the identifying information you entered into the
system (e.g., EIN, DUNS, Supplier Number etc)
If you encountered this message - we have already received notice of the condition (the system sends us a message)
so, you don’t actually need to do anything!
You don’t even need to send us a notice through the support tool as someone will automatically be dispatched to
resolve the issue and send you an alert when it is taken care of.
It may take up to 24 Hours to resolve the condition so please be patient.
