It is not mandatory that you have all the information at the time you register. Enter as much as the information as you can and then return to the site to add the rest of the information as you receive it.

You should have received a Login ID and Password during the registration process - this allows you to come back at any time to complete the process. Once you complete the initial registration page you will be able to come back at anytime to update information and complete the registration.
