How to AB962 in 3 easy steps!

There is a lot of information in the Learning Center and Knowledge Base on how to complete the entire AB962 process.  So we thought we would put together a very short video overview for those of you who are visual learners and want to get the big picture quickly.  Remember, the 3 main steps are:

1. Initiate your Tier-2 program
2. Load your Tier-1 Spend
3. Update program and policy statements, and program contacts

So watch the video to get the basic gist of things.  For many of you, that may be enough – if you need more, there is a specific chapter on each of the steps in the Learning Center.
