I do not have an ID and password – How do I access the system?

You will need to register as a user.

There are several options to getting this done and the appropriate option for you depends on how you arrived at the site. If you were invited to register, the invitation you received most likely contains explicit instructions
that you should follow.

If you were not invited and simply wish to register as a potential supplier, the following instructions should get you there.

You will need to start by using the potential supplier registration, and entering your company’s tax ID (and in some cases DUNS number). Then, you must complete the registration form with all of the information about your company that is asked on the form. Once you have completed the registration form your request to access the system
will be submitted. You should receive your ID and password shortly after you submit your information. If you are not the first user for your organization, the first user will be requested to approve your account request. You will not receive a login and password until that user approves your account request.
