WAYS TO FIND SUCCESS: Generating a Tier 1 Ad Hoc Report

To generate a Tier 1 Ad hoc Report, go to the Tier 1 App, under Tier Home, go to Tier I Ad Hoc Report Console. Here you will be met with various filters, reporting dates and reporting format types.

1) Reporting Date: Select the time period that you would like to see this report. You can choose quarter and year. Once selected, review the filter options provided on the console.

 There are options to filter by business classification, certification type, location, ethnicity etc. Note that if you do not select a filter option, the report will contain all of the options that are available. 

2) Reporting Formats: The system has various formats on how you can view your data. The reporting formats includes:

Business Classification- View totals by business category

Location- View totals by location 

Owner's Ethnicity- View totals by the ethnicity of the owner

Primary NAICS- View totals by the primary NAICS code 

Certification- View totals by the certification type

Supplier Type- View totals by Classified and Not Classified

Classification- View totals business classification in comparison to previous years

Diversity Report- View total by diversity classifications

Custom Report- Create a report with "custom hierarchy" ranks

Local- View totals by local spend

3) Once you have selected your reporting format, SELECT "Generate Report" Then once you confirm the data presented, SELECT "Request Excel Report.

4) When the report is ready to download, the system will send you an email from alert@suppliergateway.com informing you the report is ready for download. Once you log in and go to <Tier 1 Home<Ad Hoc Report Console. The latest report will show a download link or you to execute.
