How to Search for Opportunities on SupplierGateway

SupplierGateway offers a feature allowing users to search for various opportunities our Enterprise clients provide. This guide will help you navigate the "Search Opportunities" feature, ensuring you can find and respond to relevant postings efficiently.

Accessing the Search Opportunities Feature

1. Log In: Visit your Basic Supplier Package under the Application Navigator.
2. Navigate to Search Opportunities: Go to Search Opportunities to view and filter postings.
3. Download the SG App: For convenience, download the SG App on your smartphone to receive push alerts for new opportunities.

Using the Opportunity Dashboard

On your Opportunity Dashboard, you will see a summary of your activity, including:

• Read
• Viewed
• Submitted responses
• Teaming prospects

Filtering Opportunities

1. Filter by Company:
   • To review opportunities by a specific company, use the drop-down menu for “Posted By” and select the desired company.
     
     
2. Filter by Other Criteria:
   • To narrow down your search, you can use additional filter options such as “Contract Value,” “Local Postings,” and “All Postings.”

Reviewing and Responding to Opportunities

1. View Posting Details:
   • Click on the posting summary to view details and descriptions of the opportunity.
     
     
2. Add Your Company:
   • If you want to be considered for the opportunity, click “Add” to ensure your company is being considered.
   • Be mindful of the closing date and act before the opportunity closes.
   • Once you add yourself to the opportunity, the status will change to “Response Submitted.”

Posting as a Team Prospect

Posting as a team prospect allows you to present your organization as a supportive potential partner or client to diverse suppliers. This emphasizes the importance of collaboration, bringing unique perspectives and innovative solutions.

1. Post as a Team:
   • Click on Action.
   • Open the Teaming Prospect Form.
   • Select “Post as a Teaming Prospect.”
   • You will receive a confirmation when your post is active.

Actively Participate in Opportunities

The "Search Opportunities" feature is a powerful tool that empowers suppliers to participate actively in business opportunities. Your organization fosters a more inclusive and competitive supply chain by providing a platform where diverse suppliers can easily discover and apply for relevant opportunities.
