How to Complete the NAWBO Application in SupplierGateway
This article walks you through each step of completing your NAWBO application using SupplierGateway. You will learn how to access your application, upload documents, complete required screenings, submit for review, and request support if needed.
1. Accessing and Returning to Your Application
When you begin your NAWBO application, you will receive a unique login link from NAWBO that will redirect you to SupplierGateway.
You can sign back in anytime using that same link if you need to save your progress and complete the application later.
2. Document Checklist & Upload Requirements
Before you begin, be sure to review and gather the documents required for your application.

You will be required to upload multiple documents throughout the application process. It’s helpful to have your files ready in advance to make the process easier.
3. Completing the Application
Work through each section of the application carefully. You can save your progress and return later as needed.
Once you’ve entered all required information and attached all documents, make sure to click:
✔️ Complete and Submit
This step is necessary to move your application forward.
4. Payment & Biometric Screening
After submitting the application portion, you will encounter:
1. A Paywall Requesting Payment
Payment must be completed before you can proceed.
2. License for a Biometric Screening
You will be prompted to complete a biometric identity verification.
➡️ Important:
The applicant completing the biometric screening must be the same person whose ID is used for the verification.
Make sure you have your valid, matching photo ID available.
5. Submitting for NAWBO Review
Once the following are completed:
- Application
- Payment
- Biometric Screening
…you will be able to officially submit your application for NAWBO review.
6. If NAWBO Needs More Information
If additional details or documents are required, you will receive an email from:

This message will contain the specific information that Kimberly from NAWBO needs to continue processing your application. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) regularly after submission.
