As an approved supplier you are required to enter the Woodward Supplier Portal, update your company profile and complete the FFATA (Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act) questionnaire and the annual Representations and Certifications sections. Please make sure to review the Representations and Certifications Guidelines by downloading the attached Woodward Supplier Representations and Certification Guidelines.
Your prompt attention is necessary to ensure timely handling of your registration transaction. A completed
registration and approved Representations and Certifications will be required prior to the award of any Purchase

To Complete the Registration Process:
1. Access the Woodward, Inc. Supplier Portal at https://app.suppliergateway.com/woodward
2. Click on the "Current Supplier Registration" link on the left hand side of the site homepage.
