Updating Organizational Profile
You may update your organizational profile after you login to the SupplierGateway system. This permission is limited to administrative users from your company (if you are the first user, you are the Admin).
To Update your Company's Organizational Profile
1. Locate the menu options on the left of the page. Scroll down to <Manage<Update Organizational Profile. (If you do not have this display, it means you are not identified as an Administrator for your organization and you will need to request that permission from the user who is.)
2. Click on Update Organizational Profile
3. The system will display all of the profile data that you have entered previously when your company registered. You can navigate to various sections of your company profile using the links at the top of the page. Remember to save your changes or updates (usually a green Save button at the bottom of each section).
Pro Tip: Updates to your profile can improve your SG Score! You should try to update your information (or confirm it is still accurate) at least once per quarter.
