When you use the “Forgot Password” feature, a new password is automatically generated for you EACH TIME you utilize the function. If you had exercised the “Forgot Password” function several times, you will receive several passwords – only the most recent one will function in the system. We recommend that you wait a few minutes to receive the password. Even though the information is sent right away, each mail system is different, and it may take a few moments to deliver to your mail inbox.

Once you receive the ID and password information, the ID and password must be entered exactly as it appears in the email that is sent to you. Spaces or incorrect characters will cause your login attempt to fail. You may copy and paste your password from the email into the login area. Be careful to avoid copying any information other than the login ID or password.
