If you are not sure if you have an ID and password, try the “Forgot Password” function first. You will need to enter your first and last name and email address as you originally registered in the system. If your information is found, your password will be reset and a temporary password will be sent via email. If the system is unable to find your account information, then we recommend you follow the steps below:

• Register as a user by entering your company's Tax ID and DUNS number. 
• If your company was previously registered, the system will recognize your information and provide you with an abbreviated registration form. 
• Once you are done, you will receive a user ID and password that you may use to access the site.
