Viewing Supplier Information

The Overview section of a Supplier Profile provides access to the supplier’s primary company and contact information.

Throughout the system, there are multiple points where users can send emails to a supplier’s primary contacts. These include:

• Inviting suppliers to register with your company

• Sending general communications via the supplier profile

• Contacting respondents during the review of opportunity postings

When supplier information is uploaded into the system, certain details become visible across the SupplierGATEWAY network. This typically includes basic, preliminary information such as:

• Supplier name

• Address

• Primary contact details

However, any information submitted by a supplier during registration that is designated for a specific client will remain private. This client-specific information is only visible to the intended client and is not shared across the broader network.
