How Secure is My information?

SupplierGATEWAY® prioritizes the security and protection of your information at the highest levels. Accordingly, we utilize a variety of tools and methodologies to keep your data safe. Some of the security provisions are summarized as follows, but for obvious reasons, we cannot go into too much detail:

Secure Socket Layers: The entire SupplierGATEWAY site operates under the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) Protocol. Digital certificates encrypt the data that users exchange with the site to keep it safe from interception or tampering.

ID and Password Authentication: Each user is required to have a personal ID and password to access the SupplierGATEWAY platform. This individualized permission protocol only permits users to access specific functions or information that are commensurate with their level of access and organization affiliation.

Session Keys: Dynamically generated “Session Keys” provide high-security levels, and are valid only for the current session.

Encryption: Data encryption is applied at rest and in transit to ensure that your data is protected.

Secure Network Configuration: The SupplierGATEWAY system operates in a high-security environment in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.
