How to: Create Requisition
Our Requisition system gives your team a single, intuitive place to kick off requests and drive them through to Approvals, Bids, or Purchase Orders.
Start in the Requisition Console to Create Requisition
Enter the project name, purpose, and who the request is for. These details drive the built-in approval workflow so nothing stalls or gets lost.
Here you can add items, enter “needed by” dates, GL codes, and even preferred suppliers. Intelligent rules flag emergencies when dates are too tight, so you get ahead of risks before they happen.
You are able to add the supplier. *The supplier does have to be apart of your supplier list. Here you can change the address if needed as well as terms and instructions for the delivery.
After clicking Done, you can add more items
Review & Submit for Approval
The requisition auto-routes to the right approvers, with optional CCs for key stakeholders. Approvers get notified instantly, and you get real-time visibility. If you have not picked an approver, it will not let you submit. Once the approver is chosen and the requisition is submitted, you will receive an alert. press OK to move forward.
Approval & Notifications
Approvers receive alerts and you’ll be notified automatically once it’s approved.
It will show its progress with-in the console. In the console you can also use the Tools drop down to see your Dashboard or Approval Inbox. In the Dashboard you are able to filter by Summary, Process Overview, Cost Center, Department and Supplier.
