How Supplier Following Works in SupplierGATEWAY
Supplier following is managed through supplier records within the Supplier Management application. Internal users can follow suppliers to create a more focused and personalized supplier management experience.
Following a supplier does not change supplier status or permissions. It provides a way for users to organize and monitor suppliers relevant to their responsibilities.
Access Supplier Records
Internal users begin by locating the supplier they want to follow.
Directional Guidance
Open the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) app from the main menu
Navigate to SRM Console
Select Following to view the Supplier Records you are following
Outcome:
The selected supplier record is displayed.
Follow a Supplier
Once the supplier record is opened, users can follow the supplier.

Navigate to Search for Suppliers feature
Locate the Follow option within the supplier profile or supplier actions area
Select Follow
