Data Enrichment- Understanding Confidence Levels

The results file includes confidence level information - Diversity data enrichment is sometimes an imperfect art and we use this to identify different ways to establish how confident you can be in the data we have found. The confidence levels range from a high of 7, where we have registration, declaration and representations and third party evidence of a supplier’s diversity status, all the way down to level 1, the lowest level of confidence. Remember that we only apply confidence intervals to Diverse supplier records.

There will also be records in the output file with no confidence levels - this simply means that these companies did not match or are not diverse.
