Data Enrichment- Diverse Suppliers Not Showing as Diverse on Data File

It is possible that a known diverse supplier does not return any diversity results on the data file. This typically happens when insufficient information is provided while uploading your supplier file. To ensure the best diversity information, it is important to include:

• Tax ID information
• Company addresses

The SupplierGateway database has a large group of suppliers available. However, if you have diversity details on your suppliers, you are highly encouraged to provide them so they can be retained in your new system. Additionally, it is recommended that you reach out to suppliers to get them to register and provide the most up-to-date company information. This is best completed with valid email addresses.
