Data Enrichment- Diverse Suppliers Not Showing as Diverse on Data File

A supplier that is known to be diverse may not display diversity information in the Data Enrichment results if there is insufficient information available to accurately match the supplier during the enrichment process.

Cause

Incomplete supplier records can prevent SupplierGateway from identifying and validating diversity information.

For the best matching results, include:

• Tax Identification Number
• Company address

Providing these data elements improves the accuracy of the enrichment process and increases the likelihood of matching suppliers with existing diversity information.

Recommendations

If diversity information is already available for your suppliers, include it in your upload file so it can be retained in your SupplierGateway system.

SupplierGateway also recommends encouraging suppliers to register in the platform and maintain their own company information. Using valid supplier email addresses makes it easier to invite suppliers to register and keep their profiles up to date.
