Campaign Console: Creating an outreach campaign
Supplier Campaigns are key to starting and maintaining communication with your current suppliers. They help set expectations for your partnership with SupplierGateway and provide guidance on your program’s goals and requirements.
Additionally, Supplier Outreach Campaigns play a vital role in keeping supplier information up to date. By prompting suppliers to create or review & update their profiles, these campaigns ensure that your records remain accurate and complete.
1. Navigate to Supplier Management menu and select Campaign Console.
2. Select Create New Campaign

Fill in the required fields: provide a Campaign Name for internal reference to identify the purpose of the outreach, an Email Subject Line that will appear in the recipient’s inbox, a Start Date to schedule when the message will be sent, and the Campaign Message itself, which should explain your request and include details about registering with your company through your SupplierGateway portal. Please contact your Client Success Manager to obtain sample verbiage to use or edit.
4. Define Campaign Target Audience
For Current Suppliers, select one option
Registered Current Suppliers - suppliers already registered in the system; use this option to request updates or additional information.
Unregistered Current Suppliers - targets companies identified as unregistered suppliers to your organization - this group is ideal for registration campaigns
For Tier-2 Prime Selection
Tier-2 Standard Primes: Select if you want to target primes required to report Tier-2 spend.
Tier-2 Project Reporting Primes: Select if you want to target primes who are submitting project-specific reports.
Tip: Hover over the blue tooltips to understand the supplier metrics (total number of suppliers vs. suppliers with email addresses loaded)
You can also apply category or location filters to further refine your audience.
5. Preview your campaign message, save it as a draft to complete later if necessary, view the on-screen list of recipients who will receive the message, and click Activate to begin sending your mass outreach campaign.
The Campaign Console dashboard will show a list of in progress or previously created email outreach campaigns. This helps users track campaign history, including when each campaign launched and who activated it.
