Data Enrichment Upload Data Dictionary

The Data Enrichment Upload Data Dictionary defines the supported fields, formatting requirements, and data types for SupplierGateway Data Enrichment upload files. Two upload templates are available:

• Short Version – Contains the minimum required and commonly used fields.
• Expanded Version – Includes additional supplier profile, classification, and diversity fields.

Sample templates and sample data files are provided for both formats.

Important Notes

• Company names longer than 70 characters are truncated during processing.
• Supplier Numbers must be unique for each supplier.
• Employer Identification Numbers may include United States or Non-United States tax identification numbers.
• Spend Amount must contain whole numbers only. Do not include currency symbols, commas, or decimals.
• Spend Date must be entered as a four-digit year.

Note: Spend data included in a Data Enrichment upload is used only for Data Enrichment reporting and analytics. It is not imported into the Tier 1 Spend application. To upload Tier 1 spend data, use the Upload Spend Console.
