Certification Expiration reminders

We do not reach out to your suppliers when a data enrichment is performed directly. You are able to utilize the Campaign Console tool to engage your suppliers with a request to register. When data enrichment is performed on your portal, the system automatically pulls in any available certification details from our network and adds them to your supplier records. Certified vendors will receive automated email reminders 90, 60, and 30 days before their certification expires, prompting them to update their information and they will continue to receive an email every 30 days until their profile updates have been made.
