Certification Expiration reminders

When data enrichment is performed in your SupplierGateway portal, the system automatically imports available certification information from the SupplierGateway network into your supplier records.

We do not reach out to your suppliers when a data enrichment is performed directly. To invite suppliers to register or update their information, use the Campaign Console tool.

Certification Reminder Schedule

Certified suppliers automatically receive email reminders:

• 90 days before certification expiration.
• 60 days before certification expiration.
• 30 days before certification expiration.

If the certification is not updated, reminder emails continue every 30 days until the supplier updates their profile.
