Baseline Settings
Baseline Settings are the default or starting configurations that are established to ensure the system operates correctly and meets initial requirements. To access your baseline settings, you will need to be an administrator of your portal account. Go to <Account Management<Baseline Settings.
Here you will be able to confirm:
1. Billing Information for your company. This includes the billing contact and address
2. Confirm your Reporting Settings. Your reporting settings are both for Tier 1 and Tier 2. You can establish your fiscal year's start and end date and your reporting cycle for your Primes You can also establish a grace period to allow for late reporting.
3. Establish your industry and provide details regarding your business.
4. Personalize your portal by creating your url, uploading your log, and personalizing your homepage's welcome message to your viewers.
All of these default settings will allow you to brand your portal and have the control to manage the messaging and information provided in your portal. If you have additional questions, please reach out to your Client Success Manager or Support (red tab).
