Baseline Settings
Baseline Settings refer to the default configurations set to ensure the system functions properly and meets initial requirements. To access these settings, you must be an administrator of your portal account.
Go to Account Management Manu and select Baseline Settings

Review Billing Information
Confirm your company’s billing contact and address to ensure accurate invoicing and communication. -
Set Up Reporting Settings
Configure both Tier 1 and Tier 2 reporting preferences:-
Define your fiscal year’s start and end dates.

Set the reporting cycle for your Primes.

Define Industry and Business Details
Select your industry -
Customize Portal Appearance
Personalize your portal by:-
Creating a custom URL

Uploading your company logo
-
Adding a welcome message to your homepage for visitors

These default settings help you brand your portal and manage the information and messaging shared with users. For further assistance, please contact your Client Success Manager or click the Support tab (red button) within your portal.
