Sponsors - Using the EDC Dashboard

The EDC dashboard provides access to information about your EDC sponsor activity, so you can determine how many company's have been sponsored by you for any given time period.

The dashboard also includes filters so you can pinpoint which sponsorship campaigns are yielding which results.

There are two view options; The default view shows Counts of EDC by Status or you may also view Certified EDC companies

EDC Status View

In the EDC Status view, the system will present information about where in the process companies are, so you can have a sense of the progress being made by various suppliers in the EDC application.  You may use the filters to adjust your scope of view by selecting:

• The timeframe of data to view;
• Partnerlinks to include (most programs will only have one)
• Sponsor codes to include.

Certified EDC View

In the Certified EDC tab, use the filters to adjust your scope of view to identify companies that have completed the EDC certification process as follows:

• The timeframe of data to view;
• Partnerlinks to include (most programs will only have one);
• Sponsor codes to include.

You may also download information about the companies that meet your filter criteria

Download Report

The download report contains information about the companies whose certifications you have sponsored.  The data provided are:

• Company Name
• Certification Expiration date
• Certification Number
• Primary contact name
• Primary Contact Email
