How can I renew when my EDC expires?

Depending on which type of EDC certification you selected, your certification expires in one (1) or three (3) years.  About 30 days before your certification expires, we will send you alerts so you can return to the system to apply for a new Enhanced Digital Certification.  Renewal of your EDC can only occur starting from 30 days prior to your existing EDC certification expiring.  You may be accustomed to long periods with other certifications - but since the EDC only takes 15 minutes or so (typically) the long advance window is generally not necessary.

You can initiate a new EDC application from the EDC widget located on the welcome page of the SupplierGATEWAY website.  To initiate the application:

1. Login at the SupplierGATEWAY website (https://sgw.suppliergateway.com)
2. look for the EDC widget on the system homepage 
3. Click on the New EDC Application button to initiate the application process
4. Follow the onscreen instructions for completing the EDC application
