How to Create a Password

Once you have been granted access to a profile or portal, you will receive an email with your username and instructions to create your password.

Your password must meet the following guidelines:

• Be at least 16 characters long
• Include at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
• Include at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
• Include at least one number (0–9)
• Include at least one special character (e.g. ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = ? > <)

For example: StrongP@sswordExample123!

You must follow these requirements or the system will not allow you to save your password.

If you use the “Forgot Password” function in the future, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
