Duplicate User Accounts
When you receive a error message that you are create a duplicate account , this means you already have an account in the SupplierGATEWAY network. Note, your username and password gives you access to all SupplierGATEWAY portals. Once you login, you will just have to complete the registration for that designated portal.
If you have received this error message and have forgotten your username and password, go to the "FORGOT PASSWORD" function and your credentials will be emailed directly to your email address. Your credentials are tied to your email address that you initially provided during registration, so keep that in mind if you have multiple email addresses.
