Tier 1: Manage Spend Attributes
For Tier 1 Spend, users can apply Spend Attributes (also referred to as Spend Customs) to add internal classifications to each spend record during upload. Once added, these will appear as Headers in the template that is exported from your system. Within each new column, input spend custom data accordingly. These attributes help enhance reporting and include:

Custom Spend Attributes (ie: Cost Center, Departments, G/L acct, Division, etc)

Spend Source (helps identify the origin or system the data came from, i.e. SAP, P-Card, CC)

Supplier Identifier Source (allows you to indicate which ERP system a supplier’s spend data is coming from (e.g., Oracle, SAP). This is especially useful if you're pulling data for the same supplier from multiple systems & want to input a specific ID used in that system.
To manage or create Spend Attributes, navigate to:
Tier 1 App > Tier 1 Spend Dashboard > Tier 1 Tools > Upload Spend > Manage Spend Attributes
This allows you to customize how spend data is categorized and tracked within the system.
