Tier 2: Manage Reporting Primes

The Manage Reporting Primes console allows you to manage the Prime Suppliers that have been requested to submit Tier 2 spend reports to your organization. From this page, you can add and maintain reporting Prime Suppliers, monitor submission status, communicate with suppliers, and manage submitted reports.

Prerequisites

• You have access to the Tier 2 Spend Dashboard.
• You have the appropriate permissions to manage Tier 2 Prime Suppliers.

Within the Manage Reporting Primes console, you have several tools to effectively manage your Prime Suppliers:

• Add Prime Suppliers via bulk upload (Upload Reporting Prime) using the provided template or individually (Add Reporting Prime)
• Quickly view which Primes have Submitted and who have Not Yet Submitted using the drop down menus.
• Send messages to all or selected primes directly from the platform
• Export a list of displayed prime suppliers to view company and contact information.
• Unsubmit reports if corrections are needed
• Remove primes from your Tier 2 program when appropriate

These features help streamline communication, oversight, and maintenance of your Tier 2 reporting process.
