My Name and Signature are not being accepted (EDC)

This article is designed to help you successfully complete the signature format. 

As an authorized signatory for your company you will be asked to electronically sign.  In this example we are using the name Mary Rose Lee Johnson. 

We understand there are multiple variations of names and below you will see some examples of names along with instructions on how to sign.

Your legal name as it appears on your government ID

We use your full legal name as it appears on your government ID for completing biometric identification. If your full name does not appear here, click on the edit icon to update your name.

Select "Yes" - if your legal name shown on the screen appears to be the same as it is shown on your government ID

Select "No" - if the name on the screen does not match your government ID; you will be prompted to make updates

Signature Format

Enter your signature using this format: FirstName/MiddleName(s)/LastName

IMPORTANT: There are no spaces in between the names and you are using "/" in the place of spaces.
