Tier-2 Reporting enhancement to meet the requirements of Federal Regulation 12 CFR § 1223.23 Annual reports—format and contents.

SupplierGATEWAY is pleased to introduce an important update to the Tier-2 reporting platform to help clients meet the requirements of Federal Regulation 12 CFR § 1223.23 for submitting Annual reports. This enhancement enables reporting primes to conveniently provide discrete contact information along with their Tier-2 report - making it easier for them to report, and ensuring that clients have the necessary data for compliance reporting. This update immediately eliminates the additional manual effort of collecting and managing this information and houses it all in one standardized location for clients to track, monitor and generate compliance reports.
