The SRM Console — Reading and Acting on Your Dashboard
ARIA QUICK SUMMARY The SRM Console is the central dashboard showing all tracked suppliers across three columns: Relationship Health, Access (onboarding readiness), and Assurance (compliance status). My Suppliers is the primary working view. All Tracked SRM Suppliers shows the full list. Protected Suppliers flags critical or hard-to-replace entities. Watch: Risk Rising is a dynamic early-warning list — suppliers whose risk indicators have deteriorated recently. Exceptions & Issues surfaces suppliers requiring immediate action — treat it as your action list. The console is prioritised by action and change — suppliers needing attention appear at the top. Best practice: review Exceptions & Issues and Watch: Risk Rising weekly. Do not wait for a supplier failure to review assurance status. |
What the Console Shows
The SRM Console gives you a live, prioritised view of every supplier in your programme across three dimensions:
| Relationship Health | The overall quality and activity level of your engagement with this supplier — based on interaction history, responsiveness, and relationship activity. |
| Access | Onboarding readiness status — whether the supplier is ready, in progress, or not started in terms of credentials and information needed to be onboarded. |
| Assurance | Compliance and credential status — whether the supplier holds the badges your organisation requires, and whether any are missing or expired. |
The Left-Side Lists
- My Suppliers — your actively managed supplier list. Your primary working view.
- All Tracked SRM Suppliers — every supplier being monitored across your organisation.
- Protected Suppliers — suppliers flagged as critical or hard to replace. These warrant closer monitoring and contingency planning.
- Watch: Risk Rising — suppliers whose risk indicators have deteriorated recently. Your early warning system.
- Following — suppliers you are tracking without actively managing.
- Exceptions & Issues — suppliers requiring immediate attention. Treat this as your action list.
How to Use the Console Effectively
- Start each session with Exceptions & Issues — address anything flagged before reviewing the broader list.
- Check Watch: Risk Rising at least weekly. An appearance here means a conversation is warranted, not necessarily a crisis.
- Use the Assurance column to identify compliance gaps before they become a problem in a sourcing or audit process.
- Review Protected Suppliers quarterly — your critical supplier list should reflect your current commercial reality.
