How To: QuickConnect QR Code

How to access your QuickConnect QR Code:

1.) Download & Install SupplierGateway App from your Apple Store or Google Play

2.) Log in with your existing credentials used for your platform.

3) Select QuickConnect

4.) Click on My QuickConnect Code in the upper left corner, and confirm whether you'd like to link the code to a specific event. This helps track which suppliers you connected with during that particular event. Select No, if you wish to create a QR Code that is not linked to any events.

5.) Screenshot the generated QR CODE, save it to your photos or PRINT. This ensures you can easily access and share it when needed.

Note: The download option is unavailable because the code saves to the device’s internal system storage, which users cannot access. As a result, the downloaded QR code cannot be retrieved from the device. Updates to be made in the near future.

Viewing Supplier Connections in your portal

When a company scans your QR code, they are prompted to enter their contact information and will receive an email with a registration link they can complete at their convenience.

To view the list of suppliers who connected with you at an event:

1. Go to your portal homepage and select QuickConnect menu near the search bar.

2. Choose the location or event you want to review.

3. Select Download to receive the list of connections by email.

   

Please note that some contacts may not have completed their full registration yet. You will only see the initial contact information they provided at the time of scanning.

If needed, you can instruct the supplier to return to your company portal URL to complete their full registration, or they can use the registration link that was emailed to them during the event.
