Incorrect Pre-Populated Information on the Registration Form
During the registration process, you could be invited to register. The registration form will have pre-populated details regarding your company. Please note, if any of these details are incorrect, and are "grayed out" please proceed with the registration process.
To clarify, these details were provided by the client portal when you were uploaded into the system, so it is possible that these details could be outdated which reinforces why the portal users are requesting you to register and update your company details.
One you are registered and you log back in, please go to <Basic Supplier Package<Update Organizational Profile. Here you can update details such as Primary Contact, EIN, Updated Address and information that you provided during the registration process.
