Resetting Your Login Password
If you have registered on any of our SupplierGateway portals, you already have credentials that can be used across all portals on our platform. However, if you're unsure whether you have credentials, you can still use the password reset feature.
Steps to Reset Your Password
- Go to the Portal:
- Navigate to the SupplierGateway portal. If you don't know the URL, it is usually formatted as companyname.suppliergateway.com.

- Select "Forgot Password":
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

- Enter Your Email:
- Provide the email address you registered with. We will send you a link to reset your password.

- Check Your Email:
- Retrieve the reset link from your email. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.

- Reset Your Password:
- Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to enter a new password. Your new password must be at least 12 characters long and include upper- and lowercase letters as well as a special character.

- Log In:
- Use your new credentials to log into the portal of your choice.
Important Notes
- Multiple "Forgot Password" Requests:
- A new password is generated each time you use the "Forgot Password" feature. Only the most recent password will work. Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive, as delivery times vary.

- Entering Your New Password:
- Ensure you enter the ID and password exactly as they appear in the email. You can copy and paste the password, but be careful not to include any extra spaces or characters.
Troubleshooting
- No Reset Email Received:
- If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder. If your corporate firewall blocks the email, contact your IT department to ensure emails from suppliergateway.com are allowed.
Accessing the System Without an ID or Password
If you need to register as a new user, follow these steps:
- Registration Options:
- If you were invited to register, follow the instructions in the invitation.
- If you were not invited and wish to register as a potential supplier, proceed with the following steps.
- Register as a Potential Supplier:
- Visit the potential supplier registration page and enter your company’s tax ID.
- Complete the registration form with all required information about your company.
- Submit the form to request access to the system.
- Approval Process:
- If you are not the first user for your organization, the first user will need to approve your account request. Once the request is approved, you will receive your login credentials.

- General Database Registration:
- To register your company in our general database, visit sgw.suppliergateway.com.
