Canceling Your SupplierGateway Subscription

This article provides step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free cancellation experience. We aim to make this transition as easy as possible while offering support should you have any questions or need further assistance.
If you still wish to proceed with the cancellation, please follow the steps below.
For Enterprise Clients
You need to be an admin to cancel your subscription(s). Follow these steps:
- Log into your Client Enterprise Portal.
- Go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions.
- Click the “x” next to the service you wish to cancel.
- Send a note to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) explaining why you are canceling. This information helps us improve our products and services.
For Suppliers
To cancel your subscription(s), including your Enhanced Digital Certification (EDC), the admin on your business account should follow these steps. If you have questions about your admin status, please contact Support (red help icon).
- Log into the portal you are registered to.
- Go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions.
- Click the “x” next to the service you wish to cancel.
Important Notes
- EDCs are non-refundable.
- Premium Subscriptions are non-refundable.
- All subscription cancellations take effect immediately.
