Canceling Your SupplierGateway Subscription
Although our goal is to provide you with the best product and user experience,we understand that circumstances can change, and you may find yourself needing to cancel your subscription with us. Whether you're reassessing your needs, facing financial constraints, or simply no longer require our services, we're here to guide you through the cancellation process. This article provides clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free cancellation experience. Our goal is to make this transition as easy as possible, while also offering support should you have any questions or need further assistance.
For Enterprise Clients
To cancel your subscription(s), you will need to be an admin to initiate your cancellation.
- Log into your Client Enterprise Portal
- Go to Settings<Manage Subscriptions
- Click the “x” next to the service that you wish to cancel
- Kindly send your CSM a note regarding why you would like to cancel. We use this information for market research purposes so that we can continue making our products more suitable for your business needs.
For Suppliers
To cancel your subscription(s), including your Enhanced Digital Certification, please have the admin on your business account initiate these steps. If you have questions regarding your admin status, please contact Support (red help icon).
- Lo into the portal you are registered to
- Go to Settings<Manage Subscriptions
- Click the “x” next to the service that you wish to cancel
- A few things to note, EDCs are non-refundable.
- We do not refund your Premium Subscriptions
All Subscription cancellations go into effect immediately.
