About Getting a Copy of Your Invoice or Receipt

We provide you with proof of payment for your SupplierGATEWAY subscriptions or services via invoices and receipts available online in the system. If you find yourself needing a copy, these quick steps will guide you to accessing and downloading or printing your invoice or receipt. 

You can download copies of invoices/receipts anytime.

Getting to Your Invoice or Receipt

1. From your homepage go to the top right corner and click on the Settings icon then click on View Invoices/Receipts. 

2. In the list of invoices/receipts click on the download icon to download the desired invoice/receipt.

3. You can now view your invoice/receipt from your downloaded items folder on your computer.
