Obtaining the Enhanced Digital Certification (EDC) Receipt
After submitting your EDC application, a copy of your receipt will be emailed to the address associated with the user who applied. Additionally, registered users can access and download their receipts by logging into the portal where they initiated their application.
For Registered Users: Access Your EDC Receipt
- Log into the portal where you are registered. Your portal can usually be found at sgw.suppliergateway.com.
- Navigate to Invoices and Receipts:
- From your homepage, go to the Settings icon.
- Click on "View Invoices and Receipts."
- Download Your Receipt:
- Here, you will see the details of your EDC receipt, including the order number and the portal where the application was executed.
- Use the download option to save a copy of your receipt.
- Additional Details:
- For more information about your EDC receipt, go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions to view product details.
For NonRegistered Users: Access Your EDC Receipt
- If you have not registered on a portal site, contact our Support team (red help icon) to obtain your application receipt.
Canceling Your Enhanced Digital Certification
To cancel your EDC, contact Support with the following information:
- Your company name
- Your name
- Your certification number
Important Note: Once an EDC is canceled, this action cannot be reversed. To get EDC certified again, authorized signers must submit a new application. The system does not save information from unsigned applications, so all data must be re-entered.
Refund Policy
Please be aware that all application fees are non-refundable. Once your application has been submitted, the final fee cannot be returned, regardless of the outcome. We encourage you to carefully review all requirements and ensure your application is complete before submission.
Renewals
The EDC is an annual certification that must be renewed 30 days before expiration. Please log into the system within those 30 days to complete the renewal process.
