How to Add/Edit Local Search Parameters
Since Local has a different meaning for everyone, the system enables you to establish your own definition of local for the search tool. You can define one or several areas by zip code or city names to establish your "local" areas.
To establish a definition of "local" for your search tool,
- Go to the Corporate Responsibility function group
- Select Search - Define local Area.
Click on the Add button to create a New Local Area.
Complete the definition of the local area by using the Zip Code or City Names option and click Add when done
You are able to edit and delete Local Areas as needed by utilizing the edit/trash icon in the main Local Area console.
The Local filter lets you narrow results to include only companies within your defined local area(s). You can also apply this filter in the Tier 1 Spend App for reporting purposes.
