How To: Certification Expiration Console
The Certification Expiration Console allows you to monitor and manage supplier certifications that are approaching expiration or have already expired. The console provides filtering, communication, and reporting tools to help maintain accurate supplier certification records.
To access the Certification Expiration Console please take the following steps:
Supplier Management > Certification Expiration
You will be presented with the Certification Expiration console which from here you can do the following:
- Search for a specific supplier in the search bar or leave blank to view all suppliers
- Set an 'expiration through' date to view suppliers that will expire through that date
- Select specific Certification types
- Spend Amount (Largest to Smallest)
- And many other filter types
Once you have yielded your results from your search you have several options to manage/edit the information.
- Select suppliers to send a message
- Download selected or all suppliers
- View profile information
- Attach certifications on behalf of your supplier
- View reminder and invitation history for the supplier
Please note our system does send automated reminders to all suppliers with upcoming certifications for expiration, as well as expired certifications. Our system will send 90, 60, 30 day automated reminders prior to the certification expiring. As well as monthly reminders once the certification has expired.
Results
The Certification Expiration Console helps organizations monitor expiring certifications, communicate with suppliers, maintain accurate certification records, and ensure supplier diversity information remains current through both manual management tools and automated reminder notifications.
