Understanding Tier 2 Spend Dashboard
Tier 2 refers to second tier spend reports that your identified Primes (vendors required to report) submit directly to you in order to review their diversity spend. The below will help you understand the data presented on your Tier 2 Spend Dashboard.

- Manage Reporting Primes
- Prime supplier statistics
You can explore your Tier 2 Spend data in multiple ways by selecting different view options such as by category, certification, and more. If your organization has applied specific classifications to suppliers, the Supplier Classification filter will also be enabled for use.
To update the dashboard with data from a specific time frame, use the Filters option to change the Year and Reporting Periods (ie: Quarter 1, 2024).
Additionally, you can choose which demographic categories you'd like to include in your view, allowing you to focus on the data that matters most to your reporting needs.
- DROI will display spend totals and percentages based on how much credit the prime has submitted for a given diversity category.
- DROI allows you to get recognition based on a proportional amount of spend, meaning, for every $1 I have spent with SUPPLIER, how many dollars in diversity spend does SUPPLIER give me back in credit?
