Managing Your Account in the Portal
The My Account section allows you to view and update your personal information, security settings, and payment details. You can find it at the top-right corner of every portal page.
Accessing "My Account"
Click on your profile icon (top-right corner of the screen).
Select Manage Account from the dropdown menu.
Updating Account Information
Within the Manage Account page, you can make updates to:
Username – Change the display name associated with your account.
Password – Reset or update your login password.
Phone Number – Add or update your mobile or business phone number.
Email Address – Update your primary email used for login and communication.
Other Details – Review and adjust additional profile settings as needed.
Security Settings
For added protection, you can enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
Navigate to the Security section.
Follow the on-screen instructions to link your authentication method (e.g., mobile app or SMS).
Once enabled, you’ll need both your password and a verification code to log in.
Payment Information
You can securely store and update your payment details for faster transactions:
Go to the Billing / Payment section in Manage Account.
Add or update your credit card or payment method.
Confirm and save your changes.
Tips & Reminders
Always keep your contact information up to date for account recovery and notifications.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication for the highest level of account security.
Review your payment methods regularly to ensure they are current.
