How to - Setting up Tier-2
The Supplier Upload Process consists of 3 main steps
Step 1 - Identify Primes/Mark them “Required to Report”
There are a few methods available to identify your Primes. These options can be seen below.
Option 1- Populate your Supplier Upload Excel template from the Supplier Upload Console. Mark “Y” under “Required to Report”
Option 2- Go to Supplier Status, locate your Prime and mark them “Required to Report”
Option 3- Go to your Tier-2 App, locate your "Manage This” at the top of your dashboard.
Step 2 - Set up Reporting Periods
Go into <Manage System Settings<Baseline Settings and confirm your fiscal year, reporting frequency, and grace period for your Primes.
Step 3 - Communicate Reporting Dates
Send out a mass email to your Primes and communicate why it's important for them to report. Remember to include the dates for the entire year encompassing their deadlines as well as the reporting frequency that your Primes are to report.
