This section of SupplierGateway allows administrators to configure how the portal operates, how users access it, how data is structured, and how the system integrates with internal and external tools.
Update Organizational Profile
Update your company’s core profile information used throughout the platform, including organization details and visibility to other entities using SupplierGateway.
Use case: Ensure your organization’s profile is complete and accurately represented across the system.
Association Member – Add/Delete
Defines parent/child organizational structures where subsidiary companies roll up under a larger parent organization for centralized visibility.
Use case: Support consolidated reporting and visibility across business units (e.g., tier 1 spend tracking).
Resource Library
A centralized location to share documents, resources, and guidance with internal users and system participants.
Use case: Provide consistent access to supporting materials, policies, and system references.
Manage User Accounts
Create, edit, and manage user access including roles, permissions, activity logs, and routing assignments.
Use case: Control system access, define user roles (admin vs. standard users), and manage permissions for different functions.
Baseline Settings
Establishes the default configuration for the portal, including reporting preferences, company details, billing information, and branding.
Use case: Ensure system-wide settings are correctly defined for reporting and platform behavior.
Manage SSO Settings
Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow users to securely access the platform using their organization’s credentials.
Use case: Enable secure, streamlined login through your company’s identity management system.
Manage Certs & Categories
Configure and maintain certifications, business classifications, and reporting categories used across the platform.
Use case: Standardize how suppliers and data are categorized for reporting and analytics.
Home Page Editor
Customize the homepage experience including messaging, branding, and layout using an HTML editor.
Use case: Control the user-facing portal homepage content and ensure alignment with organizational branding.
Analytics Settings
Connect analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track user activity and engagement across the portal.
Use case: Monitor usage trends across key areas like login, navigation, and homepage activity.
Manage Registration Navigation Style
Customize the visual design of navigation steps, progress indicators, and status icons within registration flows.
