Supplier Registration - Insurance/Bonding

This section collects specific insurance information on your organization including General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation and Employee Liability Insurance, Automobile Insurance and Bonding.  Only completion of the information about General Liability insurance is required. 

Insurance/Bonding

Step 1 - From the Insurance/Bonding dashboard, you will see 4 types of insurance information with associated drop downs. The General Liability Insurance section is required to enter, seen in red. Click the [+/-] General Liability Insurance to enter information. You may also enter information in the other provided sections however, these are not required to complete this module. 

Step 2 -  Once all information is entered, the [+/-] General Liability Insurance section will turn green. You may now select the green Click to Complete This Section button at the bottom of your screen. You will then see the progress percentage increase appropriately and the module status change to Complete.
