Supplier Registration - Information Forms
When registering, you will find different registration sections that have individualized requirements set by your customer. These unique sections include:
- Affidavits - Download the provided form, fill out, and upload.
- Application Attachments Upload - Upload specific attachments requested by your customer.
- Product - Provide information pertaining to a specific product your customer has requested.
- Other Representations and Certifications - Upload any certifications required by your customer.
- General Questionnaire - Fill out any required information set by your customer.
Each section will be formatted differently depending on what your customer has decided to require from you. In any case, all required fields will be denoted by a red asterisk (*). If there are no set required fields, the section may appear blank and you can complete and move on by clicking Click to Complete this Section at the bottom of your scree.
