Submitting your AB962 Report Via the Hospital Disclosures and Compliance (HDC) System - The HCAi Resource Manual
Starting in 2022 the Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI), formerly the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD), has changed from submitting reports via email to now utilizing the Hospital Disclosures and Compliance (HDC) System. The HDC System will collect Hospital Supplier Diversity Reports.
Note: the .csv format is the most efficient way to upload multiple hospitals data and can be used for a single system report as well. You may find this to be most efficient if you use an automated process for creating your reports.
For reports that you intend to have read by stakeholders and others, the PDF report format may be more user friendly.
Remember that the SupplierGATEWAY system can generate both PDF and CSV formats simultaneously - simply make the selection of what output option(s)you would like when generating your report.
