New Customer: Notifying Your Suppliers About SupplierGATEWAY
Congratulations - you are now using the SupplierGATEWAY system to improve your operations!
We have an important step we need you to complete - letting your suppliers know that you are now using the SupplierGATEWAY platform and that we will be reaching out to them.
This is an important step because it increases their responsiveness to messages and invitations we may send to them on your behalf.
The sample language below is a good starting point to use. You should feel free to make changes to the template to personalize it for your organization. As always, its recommended you coordinate with your Client Success Manager (CSM) and let them review the email as they can help avoid any pitfalls or communications traps!

Attn: [Suppliercompany_Name]
{Yourcompanyname} is now utilizing SupplierGATEWAY to help manage and monitor documents and information that are used in our supplier relationship management.
You will be receiving communication from SupplierGATEWAY to register and update your information in our new online portal. Please be sure to add “suppliergateway” to your safe senders list.
The registration process will include a unique registration path for your organization and completing the process should only take a few minutes.
There is no cost to complete the registration in the new portal. If you wish to opt-in to any services that require a fee, you may do so at your discretion.
