Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscriptions, including canceling your existing subscriptions from the App Explorer on the welcome page.  To cancel a subscription just follow the instructions below:

1. After logging in, go to the App Explorer on the welcome page and click on the view options icon
2. Click on Manage Subscription
3. Click on the cancel icon (it is a blue "X" next to the service that you are canceling) 

Important Note:

Cancellation: There are no refunds for cancellations. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the active subscription period.
Free Trial Subscription: If you have not cancelled your subscription before the trial period ends, the full amount of the subscription will be charged on the day following the end of the free trial.
