Viewing Current Suppliers Dashboard Data

The Current Supplier Dashboard gives a comprehensive snapshot of your supplier base. It provides insights into supplier demographics, registration status, recent profile updates and a heat map view displaying concentrated supplier locations.

Refer to Supplier Management menu and select Current Suppliers to view the below details.

Total Current Supplier Count: Represents the number of suppliers uploaded into your system.

Registration Demographics by Category: a bar graph that breaks down suppliers by demographic classifications.

Small vs. Large Business Distribution: a pie chart displays the percentages of small vs. large businesses.

Registration Status: another pie chat that shows the percentage of Registered suppliers (fully registered at your portal) vs. Non-registered Suppliers (present in your system but not registered.

Profile Updates: shows how many suppliers have updated their profiles over key time periods.

This Current Suppliers dashboard helps you monitor supplier inclusion efforts, identify gaps in registration, generate insights for sourcing and compliance reports and track profile updates.
