Monitoring your Subcontractor's Reporting

As subcontractors report spend to you, you can monitor their diversity inclusion performance online.  The system takes care of sending monthly reminders to your subcontractors to access the system and submit report. This module will take you through the monitoring process. 

The key components needed for monitoring results include:

• Diversity Tracking
• Project Category Tracking 

View Subcontractor Reporting Compliance 

Step 1 - From your Subcontract Plan Manager dashboard, click the View Dashboard Report action icon for the specific project you would like to view.

Step 2 - Your dashboard report provides reporting information that can be filtered to your specific needs.

• See the Percentage of Reporting Compliance at the top left of your screen
• Click the View Statistics link in the top left to see the stats of reporting status of subcontractors
• Click the Project drop down list to select specific projects to view in dashboard results
• Click the Category drop down list to select specific categories of spend to view in dashboard results
• Click the Select Demographic Category drop down list to filter diversity categories to see on your dashboard

Step 3 - To see a graphic report of the sum of all reported diversity spend by category vs supplier, make a selection in the top left corner of your report.
